As a singer your whole body is an instrument. We move, feel and sing, these three elements contribute to understanding our bodies as singers. You need to release tension from your body by stretching and setting your mind to focus before singing. This is called centering yourself. The whole point is to work with your body to produce and /or achieve optimum singing every day.
